3D EnviroLogics has developed effective procedures for decontaminating common laboratory and industrial hazards, such as mercury. Methodologies for safely phasing the decontamination of toxic chemicals, biological pathogens, and mixed wastes into abatement activities involving hazardous building components (e.g., asbestos, lead paints, and PCBs) during decommissioning were developed in conjunction with the National Institutes of Health and published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI/AIHA Z9.211 2008).
